What room types and suites does Landgoed Lauswolt offer?
Landgoed Lauswolt has 59 luxury rooms and suites, spread across the historic main building and the wing renovated in 2021. You can choose from Comfortable Rooms (24 to 33 m², with king-size or twin beds), Luxury Rooms (25 to 48 m², some with a balcony), Junior Suites (34 to 51 m²) with a spacious seating area and Nespresso facilities, Panorama Suites (49 to 57 m²) with panoramic views over the estate, and two Royal Suites of approximately 80 m² with a separate bedroom, living room and luxury bathroom. Next to the main building is The Coach House: a group accommodation with 7 luxury rooms and suites, each with its own bathroom.
What is the difference between a Junior Suite, Panorama Suite and Royal Suite?
The Junior Suite (34 to 51 m²) offers a spacious seating area and Nespresso facilities; some of these suites are located in the historic part of the building and many have a balcony. The Panorama Suite (49 to 57 m²) takes its name from the sweeping views over the estate and features a spacious sleeping area with a king-size or twin bed, a seating area, a desk and a luxury bathroom with bathtub and separate shower. Many Panorama Suites also have a balcony. The Royal Suite (approx. 80 m²) is our largest suite, with a separate bedroom, a living room and a luxury bathroom. Not sure which suite suits you best? Do the rooms have a balcony?
Some of our rooms and suites have a balcony. This applies to some Luxury Rooms and to many Junior Suites and Panorama Suites. Please indicate when booking that you would like a room with a balcony; we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
Do the rooms have air conditioning?
The renovated rooms and suites are equipped with air conditioning. In the historic rooms, climate control may vary from room to room; when booking, you can indicate that you would prefer a room with air conditioning.
Are cots or extra beds available?
Yes, a cot (baby bed) or an extra bed in a suitable room is available on request. Please state the number and ages of the children when booking so that we can take this into account. Additional charges may apply for an extra bed or cot.
Are pets allowed at Landgoed Lauswolt?
Yes, dogs are welcome in specially designated dog-friendly rooms for a supplement of €25 per dog, per night. Dogs are allowed in the lounges provided they are kept on a lead. Pets are not permitted in the restaurants, with the exception of assistance dogs. Please register your dog when booking so that we can reserve a suitable room.
Is the hotel accessible for guests with reduced mobility?
Landgoed Lauswolt is largely accessible for guests with reduced mobility. The hotel has a lift and adapted rooms. Due to the historic character of the building, some areas may have limited accessibility. We recommend contacting reception before booking, so that we can offer you the most suitable room and inform you about the accessibility of the restaurants, wellness area and meeting rooms.
What are the check-in and check-out times, and is early check-in or late check-out possible?
Check-in is from 3:00 pm and check-out is before 11:00 am. Early check-in or late check-out is possible on request and subject to availability. Please contact reception in advance via info@lauswolt.nl or by phone on +31 512 381 245. Additional charges may apply for a late check-out.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Changes and cancellations are possible, depending on the rate booked and availability. With flexible rates, you can usually cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival. Different conditions apply to non-refundable rates and packages, where cancellation may incur charges. If you booked through an external booking channel, such as Booking.com, different conditions may apply. The exact conditions are stated in your booking confirmation. For changes, such as the date, room type or number of guests, or for any questions, please contact our reception or email info@lauswolt.nl. We recommend passing on changes in good time to avoid charges.
Is a deposit required?
For regular overnight stays, a deposit is usually not required; your credit card is held as a guarantee. For packages, group bookings, weddings and events, we do ask for a deposit, the amount of which depends on the nature and size of the booking. You will receive specific information in your confirmation or quotation.
