Wine & Food Arrangement

On Friday 8 and Friday 15 March you can enjoy a very special Wine & Food evening in our restaurant De Heeren van Harinxma.

Have you always been curious about how we as professionals compose a wine and menu structure? Then don't let this wonderful evening pass you by.

The team of De Heeren van Harinxma, together with Jan Volker of Kwast Wijnkopers, will take you on this beautiful culinary journey.

What principles were applied when choosing a particular wine and what are the pitfalls? These components will of course be discussed this evening.

After a sparkling Champagne aperitif with amuses, you will enjoy four beautiful dinner courses. In a relaxed setting, you will taste carefully selected wines with each dinner course, but also wines that may not match. Of course, an inspiring explanation will be given as to why this particular combination was made. You do not have to be a great wine connoisseur to be able to attend, loving good food is enough. Will we see you on March 8 or 15?
