Culinairy surprises at Landgoed Lauswolt

We like to pamper our guests. For a culinary experience you have found the right place at Landgoed Lauswolt. Under the leadership of Chef de Cuisine Arjan Bisschop, the most refined and delicious dishes are created for our two restaurants, each with its own experience. 

In restaurant De Heeren van Harinxma, the dishes are characterised by inspiration from the season and the use of pure regional products. This restaurant is the only one in Friesland which has been awarded with a Michelin star. Bistro Nijeholt has been awarded with a Bib Gourmand. Dishes with a simpler preparation are served here in a relaxed living-room atmosphere.
