Our second restaurant at Landgoed Lauswolt is Bistro Nijeholt. In this charming restaurant, the same delicious and honest regional products are used as in our restaurant De Heeren van Harinxma, but the dishes are served with a simpler preparation. Bistro Nijeholt is headed by Chef de Cuisine Arjan Bisschop.
Enjoy lunch or dinner in a relaxed and homely atmosphere. We serve accessible smooth wines with a good price-quality ratio. These are mainly from France.
We kindly ask you to take our dress code ‘smart casual’ into account during lunch and dinner (no shorts above the knee (men), no flip-flops and no caps or hats).
Proud of our bistro
Our attractive restaurant is included in the Lekker 500 and we can proudly say that Bistro Nijeholt has become a favourite with guests from the surrounding area and our hotel guests. For the fourth time in a row, our Bistro has been awarded a BIB GOURMAND, which is a recognition of an excellent price-quality ratio. And we are 'Grutsk' (proud) of that!
