These ingredients are combined with much care and passion into sophisticated dishes full of flavour, under the leadership of Chef de Cuisine Arjan Bisschop.

As you are used to from us, our restaurant the Heeren van Harinxma will be closed on Sundays as of October 1 during the winter months. You are of course welcome in our Bistro Nijeholt, which will remain open 7 days a week.
In addition, starting next Wednesday, September 20, we will only offer set menus, where you can choose from three, four, five or six courses. Of course, we always take into account any dietary requirements.
The kitchen of Landgoed Lauswolt works with honest and local products. In order to serve the authentic taste of Friesland, we always work with local suppliers who provide fresh ingredients on a daily basis.
We have our own herb garden where we grow various herbs and spices to add to our delicious dishes.
Our sommeliers Almar Wessels and Vladimir Sarkisyan have assembled an unrivalled collection of known and unknown wines. They will advise the best wine for each dish. With great enthusiasm and knowledge, they will be happy to tell you all about the different wines to provide you with the ultimate culinary experience.
We kindly ask you to take into account the dress code during lunch and dinner 'smart casual' (no shorts above the knee (gentlemen), no slippers and no caps or hats). We do not allow dogs in our restaurants.
